How to Use:

1. Lie down and gently place the egg at your yoni entrance.

2. Breathe deeply and relax until your yoni opens to draw it in.

3. Do gentle Kegels with breathwork.

4. Sensation and energy will build naturally over time with regular use.

To remove: Relax, squat, bear down gently, and guide out with clean fingers or string. It cannot get lost inside you.

Carnelian yoni egg uses | Yoni breathing:
