How to Use:

1. Lie down and gently place the egg at your yoni entrance.

2. Breathe deeply and relax until your yoni opens to draw it in.

3. Do gentle Kegels with breathwork.

To remove: Relax, squat, bear down gently, and guide out with clean fingers. It cannot get lost inside you.
